I can not sign in using what I put in it says my ;password is wrong so I changed it and still can not get in please help me

If you cannot get in with the password, you will need to reset the router:

Step 1 Locate the reset pinhole on the back of the unit.

Step 2 With the unit powered on, press and hold the Reset button.

Step 3 Hold the Reset button for about 10 seconds.

Step 4 Release the Reset button.

Step 5 The unit will reboot. Allow 20-30 seconds before reconnecting.

Step 6 The device is now at factory defaults.

What model is it?

Followed the disk guide, everything goes well then i get a error 111. done it 4 times and get the same error. whats up

Reset the router:

D-Link Router reset

Step 1 Locate the reset pinhole on the back of the unit.

Step 2 With the unit powered on, press and hold the Reset button.

Step 3 Hold the Reset button for about 10 seconds.

Step 4 Release the Reset button.

Step 5 The unit will reboot. Allow 20-30 seconds before reconnecting.

Step 6 The device is now at factory defaults.

Note: Do not recycle power during the reset procedure. The default user name for most D-Link devices is admin and the password is left blank.
When it says hold for about 10 seconds, don't hold for more than ten seconds or the procedure will likely fail, if ten seconds doesn't work try 5 seconds.

Then:

. You do not have to use the cd. Go to the control panel and un-install the program that the cd installed. then:
Shutdown your PC. Unplug the power from the router and the cable modem.
Wait 30 sec. then plug in the power to the cable modem, wait 30 sec. then plug the power to the router. Wait till you have "Internet" light then restart your PC. The PC should pick up an IP address and you should be able to get on-line. This is if you have a cable service provider. If you have DSL, the router needs to be configured with PPOe.
If I could be of further assistance, let me know. If this helps or solves the issue, please rate it and give a testimonial for my response. Happy Holidays!

I need help

check the water valve (which supplies water to the unit) is open. if so, the solenoid operated valve in your unit would have failed. Get it replaced. May sound silly, but try switching off the power to the unit, wait for 2 mts and switch on. All these microprocessor controlled devices hang at times like our computers. Recycling the power works sometimes

After a short power outage (resetting breaker) the protected outlets no longer provide power. Is there a way to fix or do I need a new UPS?

The unit may need to recycle itself. Remove the loads and turn the unit off. Plug it back in, wait a bit, then turn it on. Then try your loads on it again.
