If you've got a memory card in your phone, you can set the phone to show up as a usb drive..
probably like this:
settings> connection> usb> default> memory card
then plug the phone in and it should show up as a drive.
if you've saved your pics to the phone memory instead of the memory card, you'll need to move them to the card, select each pic in the normal viewer, and press menu> move> memory card.
If you don't have a memory card, and don't want to get one, then pick up a copy of the motorola phone tools software, this will allow you to move pics on and off the phone, as well as put music on it, create ring tones, and back up your phone directory.

The best way to download pictures from your camera to your computer involves removing the memory card from the camera and plugging it into a card reader (either built-in to the computer or connected via USB or FireWire). This is likely to be faster than connecting the camera to the computer, and won't run down your camera's batteries.
Once the card is plugged in, it will appear to your computer as a removable drive. You can use the operating system's drag&drop facility to copy pictures from the card to the computer's hard drive, the same way you copy any other files. Or you can use any photo cataloging program.
try plugging it into some other USB port and even try uploading the drivers of the USB!! or best is try using some other USB to test it!!

If you can determine the manufacturer of you camera, you may be able to download additional software from their web site.
If your computer is relatively new and has memory card readers built in just take your SD memory card from the camera and stick it in the reader or go buy one. Most ppl don't use the cable from camera to computer, wastes batteries.
There are lots of different USB cables, not a real standardized piece. Try the USB that came with the camera or buy one that has your model listed. I have many and they all are specific to their models, some charge but dont sync, while others sync but dont charge, and some just dont do anything.
you have to install the mobile phone tools software that came with the mobile phone.....or you can buy a bluetooth adapter connect it to ur pc then transfer the pic from mobile to pc...
