There may not be a driver available for you online. The only other option I can give you is if you can find a customer service number for the maker of your product, called them and ask them for your driver. It may be that they are not making drivers for this product anymore because it may be out of date and they don't make drivers for that specific product anymore because of that.

now u can upgrade to windows 7 which is more compatible than vista. it already has all the drivers. so there is no driver problem comes in windows 7. i m currently using widows 7600 RTM. its best operating system. i ever used...
It does not, and you cannot - I checked. I'm not being mean, but Vista is incompatible with MANY, MANY products, which is why XP has been the standard for over 5 years now. This voice recorder was made before even XP became the standard. You will need an older computer to get it to work.
Go to jnc website and check their mp4 section (or better yet call JNC) - www.jnc-digital.com; they definitely have mp3 players that rae compat, but you will need to check the manuals for their mp4's to be sure - calling is usually quicker
You need to go to your mp3 players website and see if they have a driver that works in Vista.
So far my Dell jukebox does not work in Vista since Dell did not complete the driver yet.
It seems that there is alot of hardware and software that just does not work in Vista and hopefully in time we will be able to get the right drivers. Good thing Vista is only on my laptop.
Keep checking the site for the updated driver.
