Dear Sir,

I have Samsung SCX-4216 printer. Printing, Xerox & Fax working is OK, but scan facility is not working because i missed the original software. please give me  a solution for get the original software or scan drivers.

SCX-4216F could receive fax, but didn't print out faxes. Can anybody help me with this?

Clear/reset the settings on the printer. Press in this order w/o pausing:
menu
#
193
start

If you do it correctly, the LED will say "Select Country, US", then you press "OK", then it will clear the settings and the error message should go away unless you have a dirty sensor or your toner is installed incorrectly.

You can download the drivers from the Samsung Official Support site. Here is the link for Samsung SCX-4521F. Click Drivers, select Operating System and get the drivers
