Most small tractors have a mechanism that increases the RPM when a load is put on the engine (putting it in gear). I suggest you go to the JD web site and enter your model number and download the manual.
If the information you need isn't there...JD is good at giving phone support to assist you in fixing your issue.

Check all of your spindles to make sure no bearings are seized..also check all idler pulley bearings....good luck

you can bypass the seat switch and see if the switch itself is bad, I do not know on a JD but on a Cub Cadet the RMC controls the safety switches, which is a small black box with a connect plugged into it. Hope this helped Tim

Some unlock codes for Jwin DVD players are:
Jwin JD-VD100 / JD-VD703 / JD-VD753

1. Press SETUP
2. Press PREV CHAPTER, NEXT CHAPTER, PREV CHAPTER, NEXT CHAPTER, PREV CHAPTER
3. "VerX" is displayed (X=RC)
4. Select the RC with RIGHT and LEFT (255=Codefree)
5. Press RETURN

Jwin JD-VD120

1. Press SETUP
2. Press 1, 3, 6, 9
3. Current RC should be displayed
4. Select RC with UP, "DOWN" (0=codefree)
5. Press ENTER

Jwin JD-VD130

1. Method 1:Press SETUP
2. Press 1, 3, 6, 9
3. Current RC should be displayed
4. Select RC with UP, "DOWN" (0=codefree)
5. Press ENTER
