Nokia 3110 C phone is having the problem.

My Nokia 3110c is showing all the phone memory files as corrupted and some were erarsed. Then i updated the software to 7.1 ver from 6.60 still the problem was there?

If i connect thru USB Data Cable in nokia mode, nothing its showing. But the hardware is found. Not taking backup, not showing calendar, contacts, . Nothing its there, If i was ried to do these from Nokia PC Suite.

If i select the data storage its showing the memory card data's.

If i apply a theme, it is creating 15 to 20 files as seperate and even if one is missing or moved to another folder. In display corrupted symbol is there.

I had tried degrade version driver also.

Any one to give me an solution or an idea for this problem

I want to what should do after mobile software has been corrupted of NOKIA 3110c. What are the reasons of that problem?

If the mobile software has corrupted you need to flash / update the phone. So, contact mobile repairing shop or follow the instruction below.There are many ways to cause this The software of this particular phone is weak So,we should 1.not store data in phone memory ...it will interrupt phone function 2.not use memory card of more than 512 mb..to protect frequent repair.3. not transfer data via blue tooth .... virus infected files can harm easily.So, when this problem occur the only thing is to update phone firmware or flashing the phone. Therefore you can contact mobile repairing tech or you can do it by yourself by following this procedure

First download and install Pheonix from this link. Nokia Phoenix Service Software 2011 - Download secondly Download flash file from this link 3110c file and install it to C / program files/pheonix.. after finished this installation open pheonix . Inside the interface at the> top left <there you see "File" click there and choose "open file" and then select the approprait Product type i.e "which is written on the back panel inside the battery of every Nokia(Type RM-000).After doing this again at the left top count from "File"1..2..3..the 4th one is "Flashing" press there, when you click there you'll see three sub-menus, just select the "Firmware Update" again you'll see another interface. Look at the product code there should be blank and put your "mouse tool" at the straight end from the "Product Code" there is a Button and choose the code which is written in the back side of your phone. e.g CODE:0000000.if the same code does not found just take one which is higher. After this you can see "Dead phone USB flashing" click that box. Now this is the last stage... Connect your phone with the USB to your PC and let the driver install ...wait for a moment.(If your phone working).Lastly after just finished (In case your phone is Dead, unable to switch on in normal mode start from here) Connect the phone to pc without powering...insert good battery and Click the "Referbish" button after this, a message will prompt you "press power botton" etc. insert charger or press it and wait until the phone will Restart automatically in normal mode 10-15 minutes. If you cannot understand just leave a Comment / Click here1. thanks for visiting fixya. Good luck.

How to fix a music player in nokia 3110c

The phone has hung up because there are errors in the software. So to reset remove the battery and the memory card from the phone. Using your PC , scan the memory card for any corrupt files or media files with virus- it is possible when they are downloaded from unsafe sites. If so remove or format the card. Now replace the card and battery and switch on the phone. If the phone hangs up then it is confirmed that the software is corrupt and will need a reinstallation. Seeking help from the authorized service /support centre is most ideal. Take estimate and decide.

My nokia 3110c always reboot when i open it up .. it's music player is malfunctioning too .. themes cannot be use because it says that the themes is corrupted .. help me please ... :(

Hi,

For this issue, you need to delete unnecessary files stored in your phone memory and restore or update the firmware of your phone using NOKIA SOFTWARE UPDATER. For your memory card please format it first before using it. I've tried this and it is working.

Please don't forget to rate! Thanks!

I have a problem with switching my nokia 3110 classic answer pls!

The Problem with Nokia 3110c – Switching off and automatically restarting This is what happens. Nokia 3110 hangs, gets switched off and restarts randomly. More often, it restarts around 3 times or so and then gets switched off.
Possible Causes and Solutions Cause 1 – Phone Memory Full – Nokia 3110c mobile phone has got 9MB of internal memory.
Solution – Keep the free space between 350 to 500 KB, so as to keep things running smoothly on your phone and prevent Nokia 3110c from restarting.
Cause 2 – Changing Themes – Some people have reported that the phone restarts automatically when they try changing display themes on the phone.
Solution – Don’t get your phone loaded with too many themes downloaded from the internet or atleast, don’t switch themes frequently. These themes, mind you, also load up things into your already falling Nokia 3110c phone memory.
Cause 3 – Memory Cards – Some people have reported that Nokia 3110c restarts due to some issues with the memory card.
Solution – Remove the card, get it formatted and then insert it back and then restore factory settings. This just might solve the issue.
Cause 4 – Transferring data via Blueooth / USB data cable (or) Updating Music Library – A few people have reported that their Nokia 3110c mobile phone restarts when updating the music library.
Solution – Don’t try updating of music library frequently or don’t often transfer data in/out of your Nokia 3110c phone.
Cause 5 – MP3 files
Solution – This may seem dumb, but consider converting all your MP3 music files to WMA and then store them on the memory card. Some users suggested this.

Also try this:-----
It ll work . you dont need to go 4 the firmware v5.05
If ur phone restarted 3 or 4 times and switched off automatically. Try this
method
1] Remove the battery and Micro SD card
2] wait about 5 minutes
3] Then switch On the phone WITHOUT the memory card

Now ur phone working well without restarting

4] Then you must restore Factory settings frm the Settings Menu
[default security code:12345]
{i know most of people have done this thing,but remember u have 2 go
with the correct order.Unless it will not work.OK}

5] Now apply a theme. The theme's size should be below 100kb

6] Now ur phone working fine without the Micro SD

7] Then wait about 5 minutes and Switch off ur phone

8] Remove the battery and insert the Micro SD
{Don t Format the memory card}

9] Switch On ur Nokia 3110c phone.
10] Now Keep ur free Phone memory space [Not the memory card's free space]
between 470kb - 499kb.

Now surely ur 3110c working fine about 5
months.During these time u can
1] Send/receive any file via bluetooth.
2] Enjoy Music,video, GPRS,Yahoo Go .....etc
3] Also u can Update music library anytime.
but remember below DONTs
1] Don t try to change themes.{u have to stick with a theme}
2] Charge ur phone in ON mode
3] Dont fully discharge the battery
4] Start charging ur phone when there is only a bar on Battery indicator
5] Dont erase calender notes

Make sure about above 5 Donts

Dont worry if ur phone restarted once.{U know the problem is restarting several times
and automatically swiched off.}

After 4 or 5 month there is a possibility to occur the problem again.
if so Follow the above steps again.
Good luck
To be frank, This mobile has this as a generic problem. As I told, The problem can come back again.

Thank you Sir, Have a nice day.
