Question about SanDisk Sansa e260 MP3 Player

1 Answer

Please help me

Hello.

Videos on my Sansa e260 aren't playing as well as they should be. The sound progresses faster than the video itself (I.e. the sound of someone falling, then 3 seconds later, the visual of them falling)

Help?

I got the updated sansa media converter from sandisk on 2/12/08. It didn't fix the problem. Roxbox open source program has been suggested but I don't know if I want to go that far. I am now fooling around with a free version of avs video converter to see if I can get the right format

You need to use the supplied Sansa Media Converter program to convert videos to a format the Sansa can handle. If you don't have the SMC, you may download it here.

I cannot add videos to my sansa e260 4 GB media player

Are you syncing the videos through Sansa Media Converter? This is the only program that will work to put video on the E200 series Sansa's.

If you are using SMC try using "Any Video Converter" to make the mp4's then sync them through SMC.
