My Bosch washing machine is displaying a key and -0- sign and is not starting any cycle please help my bosh classixx keeps displaying a key sign and wont do any washing

Power on, press the start button for 5 or 6 seconds, the sign will go
off. Try the door gently. Means the machine is locked, for children. I
think if you do
it again it locks.

bosch 1200 classixx not working properly. On 12 min spin cycle it starts then after 1 min timer reads 0:01 and it stops. washing cycles run but doesn't seem to be any spin action
YOU PROBABLY HAVE THE CHILD LOCK ACTIVATED GENERALLY HOLDING THE LOCK BUTTON IF THERE IS ONE OR THE START BUTTON FOR 5 SECS OR MORE WILL TURN IT OFF ALLOWING NORMAL USE
simply go back to the shop it was bought in and they have to supply with the instructions in english at your request at no further charge,email bosh at there customer services they will gladly supply you free of charg.adrian
