The RCA 25413 phone does not have caller ID capability. I have included a link where you can download the manual. On page 16 of the manual it says in a note that caller ID does not apply to the 25413 model phone.

Have someone go to any phone and press FEAT 6011. Does your phone page? If it doesn't, you8 need to check programming to make your phone be in page zone 1 and enabled. How it's done depends on the system you have. In a CICS, it's under Terminals & Sets, Capabilities, Page Zone and the options are None, 1,2 or 3.
