Ok me too, since i install the win 7 in my sony vgn-fz15g, the sound is also coming from speaker too while headphone is connected, and earlier in vista it disable the speaker automatically, i check the sound window, in win7 speaker/headphone is given together, i can not disable one at a time, i think its a driver problem, sony customer care people told me that they have still not tested this model on windows 7 so thats why they are not releasing the driver, if any one have the link for he latest sigmatel high definition driver then let me know that, because this is the complete problem

Normally when you connect a headphone to the headphone socket it disables the speaker. There is a contact on the headphone socket that disconnects the audio lead to the speakers when you plug in a headphone.
From your discription this headphone socket is partially faulty and the contact doesn't disconnect the speaker.
The only way to fix it is to replace the headphone socket. It may not be cheap fix because you need to dismantle the laptop to get at this socket.

I have Sony Vaio VGN-FZ15G motherboard working but have no display

First step is to hook it to an external monitor. If the monitor has signal, then you should be able to re-seat the video cable on the system board. If not, then something internal, like the motherboard, is defective.

I think I have broken my headphone jack on my sony vaio VGN-CS320J because headphones plugged into this jack do not work, unless held at a certain angle, otherwise sound continues to come from the laptop...

It might be the plug on the headphone that's bad - try it on another laptop. If it's the jack that's bad, then it will need to be taken apart and that's not easy to fix - recommend having a repair shop fix it.

I want to disable the onboard speakers on my sony vaio vgn-cr220e so the only sound comes from the headphone jack, but I can't figure out how to do it...

Click start and click control panel, then click on hardware and sound.  Click on sound, then click speakers and choose properties.  Then from the drop down on the bottom select disable.  Should disable the speakers and allow the headphones still.
