Kitchenaid food processor KFI 1325 brand new first use and won’t turn on

Make sure you have the bowl, lid and sometimes the pusher assembled correctly. If everything is not correct it will not activate the safety switch to allow it to start up.

My magimix 5200 won’t Turn on, I have checked the fuse and changed it and it is dead. Do you you think it is the motor ? And is it expensive to fix.

Hi, if it is the motor, (sounds like) then yes it is expensive to fix. You may be better off getting a refurbished one. :-)

My blade is stuck in my Black and Decker food processor and won’t come out. What can I do?

Hi, first and most importantly.... do NOT put your hand in there, set it up, switch it on, hopefully the blade will rotate.. then stop it and check if the blade will come loose on its own. This happened to me, and thats what worked. I had to do it a few times though, good luck!

KFP0711 Kitchenaid food processor won’t turn on even when put together. Just opened and never been used.

Read the handbook and make certain you are assembling the bowl, lid and pusher correctly, they can all play a part in activating the safety mechanisms that put the appliance in the mode that will allow it to be started.

New magimix won't start

It is most likely the way the bowl and lid are set.

Facing the machine:
the bowl locks in, with the handle to your right directly above the switches. The lid has a double tab...see underside of the top of the lid. Place the lid on tightly with both tabs locked into bowls handle. It really clicks in.

My Wolfgang Puck 4 cup continuous flow food processor quit working while shredding cheese. I cleaned it all up and still it doesn't work. Did I blow a fuse? Is it repairable? I've had it for quite some...

Same thing happened to me! Placed a piece of provolone in the feeder, as Wolfgang shows on TSC, and pressed to shred. It turned about 3 times and poof! a flash occurred and the processor died. I believe there is a problem with the wiring due to overload (surprising since it was a small piece). If that's the case, whatever electronics are in this machine are probably fried. I have not brought it to a repair center because the estimate and repair will probably cost more than the machine itself. I also have the rice cooker and it is fantastic! I guess I just got a lemon.

I plug it in, turn it on, the red light goes on but nothing happens. same thing when i hit pulse. Any ideas what could be wrong?

hello,

the problem is from the connection i.e power connection
that supply electrical force on your processor

this means that there have been a power fail on the propeller ,

what you need to do tofix up this problem is to unscrew the processor then trace the wire down to the propeller you will fine the disconnected wire from the propeller then fix back to the propeller unit but if there is no sign of disconnection from the connection then it means that the wire are weak ,

it will need to be replace with a better one which you can get in the store.please note before you can do this assignment you will have to put off all source of power supply to your processor

thank you.
