Our Uniflame Grill has a round outer burner and a round inner burner. The outer burner has a large orange/yellow fllame. The inner burner has a small blue flame. Is it normal for the inner burner to...


Bob, your wife is partially correct. However, both burners should have blue flames with orange tips. Cleaning the burners and the their venturi valves, should solve the problem. When I say cleaning them, I mean removing and cleaning them.

I have a uniflame grill that the flames barely trickle out,


clean the burner in clr check orffice is not blocked try this and see if flame is better

Bbq burner flame too high


If you got water down inside the burner(s), this condition should eventually clear up.

Cannot adjust flame


This could be a regulator or manifold issue. If the unit has a side burner check to see if it is burning at a correct flame height. If it is then the regulator is not the problem there is an issue with the manifold. Lack of heat


The plates protect the burners and help disperse the flame more evenly across the grill surface. Make sure the tank is completely open (knob on top of tank) and that when the burner is turned up to high, the flames out of the burners are about 1 1/2 to 2" long, mostly blue in color. If they are smaller, and the tank is open all the way, the regulator hose may be defective.
