Have you looked at the ASROCK web-site for the P4I65GV motherboard, for "drivers" for Vista for your specific motherboard?
Download and install the driver.

Try using the CD/DVD that came with the motherboard to install the driver manually.

My device cant see the oudio driver card why

Hi,
If a computer cannot see the audio card you always try to download the driver for that audio card install it see if it will install and show the Audio Card again or give you an error like Device Audio Card not found or no device detected, if that is the error then the audio card is most likely busted.
Try reinstalling the Driver first from you manufacturers website and see if the device will be detected or not.

Audio & video is not working

You downgrade from Vista to XP right?

Installing your audio drivers on XP:- ***important
You have to install the "Microsoft Universal Audio Architecture (UAA) Bus Driver for High Definition Audio (sp33867)" first, before intalling the audio drivers Conexant CX20549-12 Audio Driver for Microsoft Windows XP (sp41836.exe).

If you reverse the procedure your audio won't work.

Hope it helps.

Recently re-installed windows xp on my e-machines T2542 and now my speakers (Diamond Audio Techonology Model EMC2.0-USB) do not work. I downloaded RealTek AC '97 Audio, but it does not show up in my Device...

Good day sir, hi, the realtek you downloaded maybe is not the correct driver, the driver is the ALC202 from this website: http://mxdtr.com/index.php/category/emachines-trigem-imperial-g-motherboard-driver-drivers-download/

You can visit this site for the driver:
http://www.lostmydrivers.com/soundcard-drivers/realtek/page_3.html

Run the driver once again, when windows detect the device, dont reply, just let the driver finish the installation. then restart the pc. thats it. thanks
