If it's an Epson xp400 it is compatible with an Iphone using Airprint. About AirPrint Apple Support

CAN YOU PLEASE REBOOT YOUR SYSTEM AFTER UN-INSTALLING THE DRIVERS, please reinstall the driver.

Are you using the correct driver for it?
to find the driver open printers and faxes right click the desired printer, go to properties.
Click on advanced tab and check the driver there. It should match the model of the printer.
If it does the driver may be corrupted.
The uninstall current driver( the install Cd that came with printer should have uninstall option there) then reinstall it again.
This should fix the problem.

Go to the Epsom WEB site download/support page and download the driver for your model printer. Use this link :-
www.epson.com

try asking the dealer of your printer. Ask them if they included Mac OS driver. if they say theirs no driver for mac then it has compatibility issues.
