My safe won't open with my code. it beeps continuously.

Beeps are always low battery power. It is still under warranty so contact them direct. I did find this though for another make.
My electronic lock is continuously beeping, or makes 2 beeps when I try to enter the code what is wrong with my safe? The lock is in lock out. Lock out is a security feature that is activated when an incorrect code is entered multiple times. To resolve the issue do not remove the batteries, walk away from the safe and do not push any buttons for 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, if you know the code you can key it in to the lock and open the safe. If you do not know it, you will need to contact us to obtain the over ride code. You are welcome to call our office if you have any questions about your Gardall products.

Might be beeping because the batteries are low and need replacing. Battery access is inside the door.

If you have the instructions you might find removing the batteries for a time might lose the combination so you can programme your own, alternatively, you could just remove the batteries and continue to use the key but I strongly suggest you fix yourself up with a spare key and make a note of the number if possible.

Have you tried changing the code? I'm not sure if it can help, but it's worth trying, and I hope you'll solve this problem.

If it still doesn't open after you replace the batteries then it is probably do to it being Jamed. I'd suggest tapping it with a bit of force but if it still doesn't open to go and see if someone can fix it.

ELECTRONIC SAFES
To open an electronic safe the first time, press the following numbers/letters on the
electronic keypad -159B. (These numbers are preset. You should change the code as soon
as possible after opening the safe to insure proper security). After you have entered the
factory set code, you will need to turn the knob on the faceplate to open the door. You will
have 5 seconds to turn the knob before the locking mechanism is reactivated.
ENTERING YOUR SECURITY CODE
To enter your own security code you will need to follow the steps listed below:
1. After opening the electronic safe (with the pre -set factory code of 159B) locate the
small red button on the inside of the door near the hinge.
2. Press the red button and then release it, you will hear a beep.
DO NOT SHUT THE DOOR UNTIL YOU HAVE CONFIRMED THAT YOUR NEW
SECURITY CODE HAS BEEN ENTERED CORRECTLY.
3. With the door open, enter your own personal security code, which can be 3- 8 digits
long, and confirm your new code by pressing the letter "B" on the electronic touch pad.
Before you close the door, try the new security code to make sure the lock release the
knob so you can turn it and retract the live action locking bolts.

Hi, If the safe is locked and your code will not open it, the only way this is done in today's world is to contact the manufacturer and they will advise what you need to give them to prove the safe is yours before they will issue you an unlock code. Good Luck, this should Fixya!
