I need a repair manual for a t10001-bd pc-5445-c

Research on line the model number for a service manual. The control PC bd or key bd is the problem.

for a test
disconnect everything from the remote terminal in the amplifier
get a bit of wire and connect the remote terminal to a 12 volt supply
does it turn on now?

if yes then check the remote wire from the radio does it become 12v when the radio is on and 0v when it is off

if no make sure that the amplifier has been grounded properly and all the power cables are connected properly

check all your wiring connections

turn the volume down or the gains on the amp (should be around 3/4 and no more) or get a bigger amp so you do have this problem

check RCA cables.

are you factoring the ohm rating from running them parallel?

2 x 2o subs parallel = 0.5 ohm (lowers ohm's)

2x 2oh subs series = 4 ohm

IT is posable that you are calculating the ohm rating fine, BUT some SUBS can reach lower ohm rating while hitting bass- i didnt know this till i had a rather insane sub that would dip to 1ohm while hitting hard bass causing my amp to go into protect mode.

There is no "best" its a matter of opinion, and fabrication. I have installed $75 subs in the properly fabricated and tuned enclosure that sound like $300 sub in a pre-fabbed enclosure. For volume, you will need a vented enclosure. For sound quality, a small sealed. Both have pros and cons. SoloX 10 is 2500W rms 5000W peak.
Kicker is plastic. Solobaric may be your best choice in such a small space, however soundsplinter makes an 8" RLi sub that will kick a$$ in the proper enclosure.
When looking to buy, compare x-max : as this is the linear distance the cone will move. More movement = more air displacement = more volume.
