The manual says please turn of the camera and then turn it on again. You could remove the battery and memory card for a moment and put both in back again. But if the error returns you should consult the dealer or your nearest Service Centre.

Use a card reader and try to download the photos to your computer. You could also take the card to a store like Walmart that has a Kodak picture kiosk and try the card there. If your pics show up, you can print them or make a cd of them.
