We had a power outage while the washer was running today, but when the power came back on it was not full level and the washer motor sounded sluggish so I tried turning the washer off midcycle. Now I can't get it to finish draining or anything else. I can run the diagnostic test and I get both an F72 and an F32 code. What does this mean? What can I do to clear it?

SOURCE: washer will not drain has a code F72
Good you ran diagnostics, F 72 shows at c7 when the basket settles after draining the water out. F 72 is a basket re- engagement failure, does your machine go off balance easy? I need to know is the machine was purchased at Sears and the serial number. If so I will get a special phone number for recalls. I hope it is a Sears machine, we see if the hot line can schedule a tech to service the machine. What the recall line will need after confirmation of a Sears purchase is you name and phone number plus model and serial number of machine. Now they will also need the part numbers to order. When these parts are ordered they will ups them to you which at that point you call back so recall can get a tech out to repair the cabrio.
motor control unit part # W10201186
Washplate part # W10077050
Recall number for Sears machines only 1-800-659-7026
I appreciate the chance to help you today, I had a machine like yours today and yesterday with same issue:)
SOURCE: washer won't drain
That is, in short: FO2 is the code for long drain. The filter on your pump is probably clogged with lint and stuff. You have to remove the bottom front panel, 3 screws. The panel will drop and come off. The filter cover is right in front. Get yourself a bunch of towels or a good big plastic bag to collect water. Unscrew the filter cover and twist the filter out. Clean out all the stuff and put it back in.
SOURCE: I have a bosch WFR 2460 washer. Er:15 error code.
You need to check and clean pump filter, normally located behind a removeable plastic cover at bottom front of washer right hand side.
If no filter found there remove rear panel of washer, and clean pump from rear of washer.

First check your washer plug to see if the connections are tightly
screwed. Next check your filter if you haven't for long.
Remove
the 3 screws at the bottom of the front panel under the
washer door. Your filter door will be light brown. If you find a hose
there it is to drain out excess water (water that could not be drained
by your pump) After you hv drained unscrew the cap and
remove all the junk inside. Have a large plastic bag to catch junk and
water. Refit carefully after cleaning out. If not solved, something
shd be blocking your pump, check this out

SOURCE: F51 & F72 Codes
The F51 error code indicates that the control is not sensing proper motor movement through the signals from the RPS (rotor position sensor) circuit. This can be caused by several different problems. Make sure that you are not overloading the washer. Overloading can cause this problem. A toy or foreign object could be under the washer that is interfering with motor rotation. With the washer empty, spin the basket inside the washer tub to see if it spins relatively easily. If not, you could an item caught between the spin basket and the tub. You could have a wire harness problem causing signals to not be transmitted properly between the RPS and the machine control board. A failed RPS sensor or a failed control board could also cause this problem.
Basket Re-engagement Failure.
F then 72 flashes when the basket check routine fails to determine if the basket is re-engaged after being disengaged.
Is the basket floating? If yes, pump out water. See Long Drain.
Does basket turn freely? If not, determine cause of friction.
