No, its correct. Its just labeled incorrectly in the manual. The Bushing should be pushed up all the way(use dish soap to lubricate that oring) and the clip installs on the bottom of the bushing.
Press and hold the power button for 6 seconds. This will turn off the power, but when it restarts you will get a message say it had an "incorrect shutdown". Don't worry, they all say that. Just press the "enter" button when it appears.
incorrect driver or corrupted installation of driver(1) virus,malicious code(2) delete driver and start installation fresh,make sure internet connection is working,if you download driver from net. If you dont erase and start new installation of driver,corrupted code/virus will re-appear
Not sure why it wont run but you may not need it depending on your computer, try to connect it with the cable it came with to any USB port on the computer and see if it comes up, if it doesnt open the my computer folder and it may appear there as another device or drive
What you need to do is update your Windows Media Player. I believe it has to be WMP10 and higher. Let me know if that works. Oh and you also need at least Windows XP Service Pack 2. so update your windows software
