Have you checked the battery? May be it is very weak and that's why its not charging your phone.
Try to get some using the same battery with your phone, borrow his or her battery, and test it with your phone to confirm if the fault is from the battery or not.
And if you don't find someone to borrow you the battery, simply look for a desktop battery charger, remove the battery from the phone and charge till it gets full then insert the battery back into the phone and power it to see if it turns on.
