All i want to know is how to register my new C7 chromebook. Surely its not that hard of a answer that it cant be answered. Or is this just another automated answering system like all the rest everywhere else in the world today. If it is how sad for the company and the world.

i don"t know who sent me that response but it was at best crude and rude. My complaint was about all the automated help services in the world today i"m a newby to the computer world my first purchase of a new one. After reading the response from fixya.com id rather deal with a machine than a ahole like that I highly doubt if i ever come back to the website again i think fixya.com actually stands for another crude term.
