Blurry camcorder - HDC Panasonic Video Cameras

Its zoom motor problem its not moving.it might be lens service or circuit fault

The ccd block is starting to fail. Thats the chip thats the eye of the camcorder at the back of the lense assy. Its mounted on a small circuit board. You can find the chip at parts.com. Its just a matter of dissassembling the camcorder and removing the chip from the board and soldering another onto it taking care not to over heat the chip. You do need good soldering skills.

I received this same camcorder as a corporate gift, I have mosaic images, Samsung wants me to try a head cleaner, saying I purchased a bad tape at CVS! Don't want to put more money into it, if I will return it anyway?

1. Adjust the focus
2. clean the lens
3. check it again, if still doesn’t work, please let me know how long have you had this camera.

If the pictures are blurry, you probably damaged the lens with the drop. You will have to send the camera to the factory service to replace the lens unit, if it is not serviceable.

If you drop a camera this is not normally covered by the warranty. You may find it cheaper to replace the camera than have any major service done to it.

Im thinking your tape path is out of alignment.

The camera is less than a month old and this sounds like a s/ware issue within the camera.
take it back to the shop where you purchased it.
You should be able to do a straight swap.

go to the sony service center for replacing the ccd image sensor....cause it is already damage l know it is free for replacing that sensor cause of production error of the sensor....

the filter near at the ccd lens has being damage that way is blurry...there a switch inside at the lens of the camera try to switch it...in other model the switch is equivalent to night mode... it should be sharp when you switch it if nothing happen the ccd image sensor is the problem

If you got sand/water in unit, it may damaged the circuits. You may have it cleaned completely, which could cost as much as a new camera.
