The easiest and quickest way is to delete apps from iPhone directly. All you need to do is go to the main screen. If you have saved a lot of apps in your iPhone and want to delete them, you can delete them on your iPhone directly. The steps below will show you how to delete apps from iPhone directly.
To delete an app, tap the X, then tap Delete in the dialog the displays. Note that doing so deletes not only the app, but also all of its data. So if you think you'll need an app again soon, and you have stored data, settings or completed levels for it, you might want to think twice before tapping that X.

Pull the app up in the app screens (not the home screen), hold it down until it starts to shake and everything has an X in the corner. Delete the one you want and confirm it. When you sync again you may want to make sure you have removed it from your Itunes account or it may keep resyncing to your phone.
