Is it possible to use MS LifeChat LX 300 on the playstation 2 ??

I was wondering if i could use this headset for the playstation 2, so i wont waste a lot more money on more expensive ones, im just wondering if it works and how to use it... please

First of all your ps2 does not support mic. so, if u want only sound, i suggest to buy phone jack to audio plug splitter...that thing is looks like as it can match your headset jack at first end and second end is two color jack (white n red) that can match to your ps2...you can buy it in audio shop...it is cheaper...

You cant wire then directly there is a USB D-A chip that controls the headset converting to 1/8" mini plugs may work one for the mic and one stereo plug for the earcups
