WATER IN MACHINE. gOES ON TO 9 HOUR DELAY IF I TRY TO DRAIN IT.

Water still in the machine. It is as if not finished programme by spinning. If move to just spin the machine then goes to 9hr delay light and does nothing. IT STILL HAS WATER IN IT AT THE END OF THE CYCLE AND THEN GOES ON TO 9 HOUR DELAY IF I TRY TO DRAIN IT. CAN'T FIND THE MANUAL!!!!!!

How do i remove child lock on Hotpoint WMFG611P washing machine

If the machine has taken in water, and not drained it out. it will prevent the door from opening.
Have you tried draining the machine, and then trying to open the door?? The easiest way it to either set the machine on a slow spin cycle, and allow it to finish that, or if your particular machine has a "drain cycle" ( this feature is not on all models) set the machine to drain, and when it has finished, try opening the door. Didn't drain. Won't spin.

Hi Kat, let's see if I can help your with this. The washer will not spin when it senses water inside so we'll start first with the drain. When the machine was finished washing, did you hear the drain pump attempting to discharge water? Try selecting the "Spin Only" or "Rinse and Spin" cycle, you should be able to hear whether or not the drain pump is attempting to operate. If you do hear it running, but the water is not draining, it is possible that the drain filter is clogged. If you need instructions on how to clean the filter let me know. Otherwise, we'll move to the next step.

No water enters when set to a wash programme but I can trick it into filling with water usin the finish button to move it through the programme to rinse. When it gets to drain the check drain light...

Filling with water then does not finish cycle

There should be a sensor on the door that tells it the door is shut. Check that this is being pressed when the door is shut. You should see it where the doormeets the washer and can use something to press it. Put your washing in spin cycle and press it if it starts spinning there is your problem( make sure the washer is empty ). If it still doesn't work you will most likely need a repairman.

Indesit wil143s will not final spin

check to see if there is not a blockage in the water pipe as if the water level in the machine is to high the water censor cannot switch to the next cycle try blowing down the water outlet pipe to see if you can there could be a button or other debris blocking the flow until the water is expelled from the machine it cant go on(theres a song in there somewhere) best of luck eric

From the owner's manual under troubleshooting:
Error code: F05 - Pressure switch jammed on full

The door will not open...
● Has the programme finished? Is ‘End’ lit
in the display window and the ‘Keyhole’
symbol deactivated?
The door will not open until the ‘Keyhole’
symbol goes out shortly after the
programme has finished.
● There is still water in the machine.
Go through all the points in the next
section,‘The machine will not pump out
water...’
The machine will not pump out the
water...
● Make sure that there is no blockage in
the drain hose and that it is not kinked.
● Is the drain hose installed correctly?
● If you have connected your machine to a
sink waste system, make sure that you
have cut out the membrane from the
under sink drainage system.
(see section: INSTALLING YOUR
MACHINE).
● Ensure that the drainage system,
standpipe or under sink connection is
free from any blockage.
- If any of the above are found to be
the cause of your problem you will need
to run the machine through a spin only
programme.
● If you have chosen ‘Rinse Hold’, the light
will flash until you press the ‘Rinse Hold’
button to continue the programme.

Washer problem

Inspect the drain hose, see if there is any obstruction.
Try to understand if the machine does not drain at all or if the cycle is not completing , and timer stops before completinc cycle.

If the machine is not draining, then, once you check the drain hose and see no obstruction in there, it can be a faulty drain pump, or a faulty water level switch. If machine instead does not complete the cycle, it is a faulty timer/programmer.

Bosch classixx 1000 washing machine - stops on spin

Washing machine stops at the spin cycle - light flashes. Have to drain water out manually. Happened last week and was then able to run an empty rinse cycle. Machine worked normally for another week. Same problem today but have had to drain water manually from the drum after trying an empty 90 wash and rinse cycle (both stopped on the Spin and flashed). Any ideas? Thanks. x
