You can download the HP printer drivers from their support WEB site. Please click on this link and select your model printer to download :- http://welcome.hp.com/country/us/en/support.html

In Windows-based systems, you open the Printers and other peripherals folder. Point to your printer with the mouse cursor and right click. In the drop down window that opens check the seb-menu option MAKE DEFAULT.

You can download the HP printer drivers from their supportWEB site. Please click on this link and
select your model printer to download:-http://welcome.hp.com/country/us/en/support.html

Take out the Ink Cartridges and check for expiration date mentioned over it. Make sure that they are not expired, re-filled and re-manufactured.

Try replacing the cartridges.

If issue persists, repair the printer mechanism or go for a new one.

Sir,
When u are inserted new catridge. it will gives one print. then follow the instruction on the printed sheet. Scan it again then u r catridge will set for Printing.
