I suspect you are talking about the area between the doors. Refrigerators use a loop off the compressor to warm this area to prevent condensation from forming there. Older refrigerators sometimes used an electric heater there, but of course that increases energy consumption. You will notice that the area is much warmer when the compressor is running. All this is normal, and saving you energy.

Is your refrigerator running continuously? If not, have you felt it after the compressor been off for 15 or 30 minutes?

I have an LG American fridge freezer GRB207TUJA which the edge where the doors close on is very very hot

This is normal unless the refrigerator is not cooling properly. There is a pipe that goes around the door that carries hot Freon to keep the doors from sweating where the cold inside meets the warm air outside. This area will become extremely hot should the airflow below the refrigerator become obstructed or the condenser fan below the refrigerator not be working properly

Why does the rubber sealer on refridgerator door and freezer door get hot

Inside the frame is a warm bit of pipework, or sometimes a mullion heater, that stops the seal freezing to the frame.

LG Model lfx28978sw french door freezer door hard to open

its likely you have frost inside your tracks. best option for you is to defrost the freezer and let the ice inside the tracks thaw. then after the ice thaws the tracks should work better. If that dosen't help you may need new tracks for the freezer door

Elite trio, 795.755 Refrigerator light stays on, getting hot. Refrigerator space warming up to 45 degrees. Pressing in both door switches gives no clue. Both feel smooth.

Some of these Kenmore Elite refrigerators built by LG have a design defect that has been the subject of a class action settlement. The interior lights stay on even if the doors are shut, turning the refrigerator interior into a version of the child's Easy Bake oven toy. There are many cases where plastic interior parts of the refrigerator got so hot they melted. I replaced the 60W incandescent bulbs with 7 Watt LED bulbs just in case. The LED bulbs will not get hot enough to harm anything even if left on indefinitely.
This model also has problems with the wires inside the door (water dispenser side) The wires break inside the door and are not replaceable. I ran new wires through the interior and bypassed the broken wires to avoid buying a whole new door.

The LG refrigerator door lights do not come on when I open the door every thing else works. French doors #LFC25760SW Hepl!!!

Were the doors left open at anytime? If so it has a thermostat that will shut off the lights to keep from getting too hot, If they werent left open, could be bad bulb or stuck or bad light switch on the door, all very easy fixes.

We have a LG french door refrig, Model #LRFC25750TT. Ice forms in the bottom of the freezer which causes the door to stick when opening and closing. It appears that water may be coming from the vent on...

You have a frozen drain tube. Remove the back cover after unplugging the unit. Locate the drain tube running down to the drip pan. If it is frozen, thew it with a hair dryer. In the inside, find the drain hole and pour hot water in it until it drains properly. I f it happens again your defrost element is too far away from the aluminum drain pan and needs to be GENTLY lowered closer to the drain

Fridge Condensation

Check the seal of the rubber gasket, if there are improper seal of the magnet, pour hot water along it to soften the rubber. (be careful when handling hot water). When the rubber is soften, try to stretch it a little by pulling it. close the door and the magnet will keep the seal in place.
