I have removed the print job from the computer, cleared all printer memory, turned it off and on again a billion times and it is still stuck on the "PC Print pending" it won't print anything else or copy it's just stuck!! please help!!

In 3 second make combination on you Samsung 4521F 'Menu'-#-1-9-3-4. You will enter in tech menu. Select 'toner'-new toner-yes. You will receive faxes. It really works.

My connection is via a parallel to parallel cable, and I am also having a similar problem. I'm reading that usb to usb cable is the only way it will properly function. good luck with it!

Have you tried to delete the print job from the computer? After that is done reset the printer by turning it off (30 sec) then on again. If that doesn't work take the paper out and start cleaning your printer with canned air, Q-tips and a cap full of water.

Have you tried uninstalling and re-installing the software. Perhaps there is an updated driver for your system since you first installed it, or maybe yours is simply corrupted. I would suggest removing and reinstalling will solve the problem - if, in fact, that is your problem -I've not heard of this happening before.
