I have Royal rs9512c paper shredder. It makes loud clunking noise in the forward mode and the paper does not advance. I opened up and noticed that one of the white plastic gear teeth are damaged. I pried the gear a little with a flat blade screw driver and it started running smoothly. However, it went back to clunking noise when I tried to cut 4 or 5 paper stack. Please help. SOURCE: Royal SC800 power shredder I need the large metal gear.

I have the SC800 apart. My problem is not fixing it. I just need the part. The large gear which appears to be made of pewter has a couple of teeth missing. If I could find the part I can fix it. It's a very simple machine. If you know where I can get the part I would appreciate you letting me know..

it will stop the clunking
