one way to do it is, copy the files to your memory card, insert your memory card to your computer and drag and drop files. if your computer doesn't have a memory card slot, consider borrowing usb memory card reader from a friend and start copying the files from your memory card to your pc.
if the files you are sending is of big capacity, there is a possibility that phone may restart due to low memory, while you are sending files, your phone memory becomes low, they are sharing memories page, it may be the cause. try sending a small capacity, like images, and check if it will off. if this happens, then, go to your nearest service center and have it check.

Not much difference. Just firmware ( operating system ) update can turn a n70 to music ed. But the memory given with the music ed. is higher thn the first one. you can buy memory anytime.
