Wher are the motor mounts

the engine has two mounts, the trans has one.

engine mounts are located on the left and right of the engine slightly forward of center. on the bottom, they have studs that go through holes in the cradle - two for each mount. on the top, each has two more studs that engage brackets on the engine. each is covered by a thin metal heat shield (which makes them hard to see by a casual observer).

the trans mount is at the back of the transmission and secures it to the crossmember.

Lighting control module

Hi Aleon, I'm glad to help!

The module that controls the lighting on your Concorde is called the BCM which stands for "Body Control Module" and its located right on the left side of the dash as you sit in the seat. It mounts on the bracket that holds the dash to the left kick panel. Hope this helps and have an awesome day Aleon.

How do i loosen the tensioner on the pulley to remove the belt on a 1999 chrysler concored 2.7

You will see an idler/tension pulley, this pulley can be pulled up or pushed down. It is not connected to anything besides a mounting bracket. It is designed to move to adjust tension on the belt.
