How do I change/set the clock setting on my car head unit? (actually a CDX-GT150)

How do I change/set the clock (hour and minute) setting on my Sony CDX-GT150 car head unit? I need to adjust it every time daylight saving starts/finishes.

Hey thanks for the quick answer - impressive! Meantime I found a manual online which says:
    1. Press and hold the Select button (ie the Volume, as you pointed out)
    2. Mine came up on "CLOCK-ADJ", but if it doesn't, press Select again till it gets to that setting.
    3. Press [DSPL] which is the button to the right of the unit/display.
    4. Rotate the Volume dial to set the hour (or the minute)
    5. Press DSPL again to change the Minutes. Again, rotate the Volume knob to adjust the minutes.
    6. Press Select again to exit the menu.
So I think hte trick is to press the [DSPL] button.
Thanks again for your quick reply...
