Normally you install software with a web cam, if you open the software that you installed with the web cam you will be able to locate a settings tab/button/area with various options for changing the web cam settings. If you're using you cam with a different piece of software there are usually similar settings within the software. Look for settings tabs or web cam settings tabs.
This might be an issue with your web cam settings or the web cam itself. Try going through the options of the web cam to see if there are any settings making the web cam display everything pink. If not then try the web cam in another computer (I'm assuming you have a desktop with an external web cam) see if the video is still pink. If it is then there is an issue with your web cam if not then it is an issue with the settings on your computer
In the event that you are using a laptop with a built in web cam you might want to check if you still have a warranty to get the web cam repaired.
