They are usually Metric M5 or M6, more likely to be M5 for 26" TV. You should be able to get them at hardware store for about 25cents each so you can try different sizes.
Had same problem with Insignia TV...#12 - 24 x 1/2" machine screws...found at Home Depot in bagged items (can't use longer because some of the holes don't go all the way thru)
Is that a problem? Check the hole size and choose a screw with a head that is bigger than the hole size. Typically select a minimum of 4mm diameter screw.
