Action is too high
There is a trusrod that runs through the neck you can adjust with a Allen wrench, on an acoustic guitar you adjust through the sound hole, loosen the strings and turn1/4 of full turn at a time, clockwise direction will bow the neck, or make the strings higher so turn counter clockwise and play and listen to the strings,if the pitch is going higher then they should be getting closer to the neck, when they start buzzing stop and turn the other way1/4 turn or until buzzing stops, I hope this helps you
To lower the action on an acoustic guitar:
Usually just the saddle needs reducing.
1. Remove strings (or you may be able to just loosen them). Remove saddle, sand down the bottom a little at a time. Restring and check action.
The action can be set as low as poss without any fret buzzing or note choking on all strings and on all frets.
2. Repeat 1
If the action remains too high then there are other techniques.
