on the back wall inside the freezer unscrew the white panel and then remove the panel behind this . you should now see a tray that runs the width of the freezer with a driphole on the left-hand side which will probably be frozen with ice , chip away whatever is possible and then put boiling water on the driphole and once this is clear you should find the problem sorted , 1 other option is to turn the fridge/freezer off for several days and this will allow the ice build-up to thaw thus resolving the problem

Locate your defrost timer, they are either in the buttom front of the refrigerator, in back of the refrigerator, or inside compartment behind the plastic covers. On the defrost timer there is a slot were it can be turned using a screwdriver, or there is a round window were you can see it running.when you turn this dial and it clicks, you should now go into defrost. with all the ice build up in your evaporator you should hear the ice cracking indicating that the heaters are working, if not you might have open defrost heaters.
