I cannot seem to find a website that offers my lid. I need the same model 3860, and did manage to find it once after much research. It was unavai;able, and I did not save the page much to my dismay........It has been over a year and I have not found it since..... It is very hard to get what you need when you deal with RIVAL. I have many of their appliances and am not sure I will buy another. It is to hard to find their site, let alone get replacemant parts.
I also am needing a lid for this crockpot but they are alwys out of stock. I have checked at least six times

Handle broke off 3860 smart pot ,need new one or have to replace the whole unit. It is only 3 months old.
In my research everyone is having the same problem.
I called their customer service—what a joke! My lid broke as I was lifting it off the unit. It slipped and I dropped it about 2 inches back onto the pot. It shattered into a bazillion tiny pieces, and ruined a whole pot of chili. This happened after 1 year of occasional use. They said they "don't carry those parts."

This is ridiculous, I was preparing Thanksgiving dinner; and boom. An entire pot of chicken parts with my perfectly good stock ruined. Now I find out that after spending over $40 on this Smart Pot, the manuafacturer isn't smart at all. Why would you not have replacements parts for something people expect to keep for years to come. Okay guys, wise up; get some lids for Rival 38601.
The handle on the lid to the crockpot disintegrated and fell off when lifting it the other night. It is poorly made and has cracked in several places.
