When i turn on my mp3 it just blinks off and on-its blinks the letters RCA ..on and off
alright i think i have your solution, mine was doing the same thing! i went to my set up disk that came with my player and it suggested to reformate with either FAT or FAT32, let me walk you through this 1) plug it in (note it might continue to blink but when the file comes up delete the information that is there as fast as you can, whatever music files are there just get rid of them) Sincerely Blackmarx Mayweather
2) once it stops blinking; wich it will. go to my computer find out wich drive it is on, right click, go down to format and format it as a FAR or a FAT32

I had the mp3 player turned on when i put it on to charge now it says the battery is full but everytime i turn it on its shuts down and i dont know how to fix it
I turn it on and it just blinks on and off. I have not have the product a year yet how do I get in contact with someone who can help me or replace this product? I have been trying to find a customer service # for rca but no luck.
