Tanya,

call the customer service of Mobily and ask them to send the Internet access settings through SMS.

They'll send the setup settings and you have to just save it.

I am from saudi arabi and using imate mobile. Here there are 2 service provider mobily and sawa. If i use mobily sim i am not getting signal in my mobile but if i use sawa i am getting signal. What i...

Hi,

Since to my knowledge Saudi Arabia uses GSM at 900MHz only, then it would not be a case of out of frequency band.

I can only suspect that the phone is locked to SAWA. What needs to be done is to have the phone unlocked (so as to accept also Mobility).

As posted here, "Your Saudi Arabia SIM Card (Mobily) will require a SIM-unlocked GSM 900 compatible international cell phone. "

Hope this be of initial help/idea. Pls post back how things turned up or should you need additional information.

Good luck and kind regards.

Thank you for using FixYa.
