Question about Fisher and Paykel E522BRXU (171 cu ft) Refrigerator
Water is gathering in a pool beneath the vegetable crisper drawers at the bottom of the fridge. Always seems to happen at this time of year with warmer weather. Had someone out to fix last year and they just unblocked something inside fridge with piece of wire but not sure what? Can you give me any suggestions please

SOURCE: Hi, I have a 12 year
what might be happening is that the drain hole for condensate is blocked causing water to gather beneath the crisper. look for a channel under the evaporator (the icy cold part) and there should be a drain hole some where near check this is not blocked.

WATER LEAKING FROM REFRIGERATOR OR INSIDE THE FREEZER OR FRESH FOOD SECTION
You have a blockage in your condensate defrost line or the pipe that fill the tray below the refrigerator is missing the condensate collector pan that uses the heat from the fan to evaporate the condensate back into the air inside your home.

I have the same problem with my E450RXFD, 1st week i got it and noticed it pools water under the crisper. Not too sure what to do about it.
My parents have the same fridge (only 8 years old and theirs does not pool water)
