Everything sounds good, motor runs smoothly, but no cooling takes place.
This is a thermoelectric (TE) cooler. There is no gas' to replace in it's cooling system. It is possible the thermoelectric coupler has gone bad. Unfortunately Coleman does not seem to offer a replacement part. If you Google thermoelectric couplers, maybe you can find something on the web. Good Luck.
Time to recharge gas!
The most common issues with Coleman's Thermoelectric coolers is dust clogging the heat sink AND the fan motor burning out.
You can test both simply by using compressed air to blow the dust out of the heat sink.
You can test and see if the motor is burned out by watching through the vents and if the fan doesn't spin then that's your issue.
