Yes. 1 800 843 7231. follow the prompts to get to the parts department. have your model and serial number handy. They will get you the correct part. If you have any problems getting it in, or it doesnt solve your problem, repost. I will keep an eye out.

Miele G2181SCVi must remove non-return valve every cycle

Replace the part. It sounds like the non return valve sticks. I can't find any parts schematic for this model which is unusual.

Dishwasher not completely drained and alarming

If this is an F11 mile dishwasher problem please do not make the same mistake as us and RECHECK the non return valve thoroughly. We had checked this before calling out the engineeer only to be charged 75pounds (as it was still under guarantee) instead of the normal 117pounds A tiny shard of pottery had become trapped, which my husband had not seen (when he took the non return valve out of the machine). After this was removed the dishwasher was fixed at an unneccessary cost of 75 pounds. A very expensive mistake indeed especially as we thought it was a pump problem and we had done everything by the book to sort the problem ourselves.

Our 2 year old Miele dishwasher (G1182/G2182) makes a strange popping/grinding glass noise when draining. We used 1 bottle of Finish Intensive care & clean with no improvement. Any suggestions?

there is a piece of debris in the drain pump. remove the triple filter from the bottom ( the one you are supposed to clean every week to keep debris out of the drain pump) under that filter and to the left hand side you will see the non return valve. squeeze the tab and pull the non return valve out. remove the broken glass or whatever is stuck in the drain pump impeller. replace the non return valve. replace the filter. if you need a picture go to mieleusa.com, and search for your owners manual. it has step by step tutorials on how to free an obstruction from your drain pump.

Miele dishwasher drainage

there will allways be some water under the filter. when you remove the non return valve, there should be a rush of water coming back into the sump from the drain hose. if not, the seals in the non return valve are bad and you need a new part. they are not that expensive. switch to an appropriate detergent such as miele or finish all in one powerball tabs and the new part will last much longer. cascade and other brands are eating the seals in dishwashers faster than i can replace them.

Compressor runs great but pops off at 125 then bleeds down to 80 then tries to restart.i have changed high presure pop off.

It souds like a sticky "non return valve". See the fix below.
The non return valve is the chrome part with a hex cap adjacent to the upper tank. Remove the cap and make sure the piston moves freely. Slight resistance is ok, but if it sticks your compressor willl continually blow off air.

The check valve or "non return valve", as listed in the Hitachi parts manual is definitely the culprit here, but there is an alternative solution to replacing the entire valve that was actually suggested to me by a Hitachi Tech when I stopped by my local service center to pick up a new non return valve. Obviously, the rubber piston swells and sticks to the point that the spring under the piston can't over come the friction. I removed the piston and carefully reduced its diameter, by hand, with varying grades of wet or dry paper and it now operates perfectly. If one is uncomfortable with such a repair, at least keep it in mind for a quick jobsite fix. I have now been running my repaired compressor for several months without issue.

I have a Miele G2430 and it doesn't drain. I tried the baking soda and vinegar and it doesn't work. Is my pump broken or something? How much will cost to repair it if that's the problem?

Hi Jennyglopez..I do not think your pump is the issue, however you can make this checks.1-Take the filter combination out of the wash cabinet 2-Scoop the water out of the cabinet using a suitable container 3-Press the catch for the non-return valve inwards 4-Lift out the non-return valve and rinse well under running water.5-Remove all foreign objects from then on-return valve and drain pump 6-Carefully replace the non-return valve and secure it with the catch.Ensure that the catch engages correctly. You can also check drain hose &remove any kink in the drainhose.where the drain hose engages under the sink sometime gets clogged.Disengage the pipe & make sure hole in the drainage not clogged. Thanks & goodluck

The water is going out by the inlet soap fitting, and the soap compartment gets full of water

You will find that the non return valve as stuck inside your pump.If you follow the pipe back to the pump you will find a non return valve which is a ball and spring. Please remove this and replace if required.
this should then stop the water and soap returning back.

I have a Miele Inspira line dishwasher and it is making a horrible sounds when I turn it on - like the water is not getting through easily

Hi If noise starts within one minute of start of program then you most likely have debris in drain pump. Under filter you will find non return valve remove valve this will expose drain pump impeller. with non return valve removed run program for 30 seconds refit valve and test. More in depth instructions available in user handbook.

Miele will not drain. How do you unbock the drain?

Hi If you have a G 600 range dishwasher see instructions below. Remove filter, On left of sump you will see a non return valve with a metal clip keeping it in place push clip into the centre of sump. remove non return valve ( plastic piece with ball bearing in it) and rotate impeller. Start a program, after 60 sec stop program, (debris will have been thrown out of pump.) re-assemble and test.don't forget to find debris thown out. More in depth instructions are in user manual under problem solving which can be downloaded from miele site. If G1000/G2000 Range Non return valve on right of sump and is removed by pushing in to centre of sump no clip fitted.
