I have a Sprint Blackberry 8830 and a Motorola H500 headset which I no longer have the instructions for. My Blackberry wouldn't find the device. Through trial and error I found that, to pair the headset with the Blackberry, I had to press and hold the call button until it was solid blue, then the Blackberry found it. The passcode is 0000 for this one.
Turn the bluetooth off and go into the phone to search for devices, then turn the bluetooth on holding onto the on button until the blinking blue light turns solid for a couple of second then let go. The device should come up on the blackberry as Motorola H500, pair it and enter passcode 0000. Goodluck
I had no problems pairing H500 with my BBerry Curve, but I did have download installation instructions to ensure I had the H500 set up correctly- must have continuous blue light before starting to pair. I enable the BBerry Bluetooth and selected find and there it was. Put in passcode 0000 and it connected just fine.
