Only some of my pictures show on my 8'' Innova Digital Photo Fram
I have my pictures on a USB flash driver. When I insert it into the frame, only some of the pictures show. Also when it gets to a certain picture, it ends, and does not go on. In the thumbnail view, some of the squares are black with a red X, and of course, cannot be seen or deleted. Also, some of the thumbnails that show, do not show on the slide show. What am I doing wrong? Please help. I received this frame for Christmas, and have spent months trying everything.

Your photo frame must have come with a USB cable. Plug the larger end of that cable into a USB port on your computer and the other end into the photo frame. Turn on the photo frame (your computer should already be on). A dialogue box will pop up. Select to continue. Open up Windows Explorer. Your photo frame will show up as a "Removable Disk". Still in the Windows Explorer, go to the directory on your computer where you have the pictures you want to transfer. Select the pictures, right click on them and select 'Copy' from the menu that pops up. Go back to the photo frame (the Removable Disk), right click on it and select 'Paste' from the menu.
1. Photos should be in .jpeg format.
2. It is better to scale your photos with the above editor to 800x600 pix.
3. Prepare your pictures in a PC using PhotoFiltre. Scale all the pictures.
4. Transfer your pictures from PC to a USB Flash Disk (Memory Bar)
5. Plug USB Flash Disk to your Photo Frame.
6. Probably your photo frame will ask to transfer your pictures from flash disk to internal memory. Accept this and by pressing enter/OK/Set (Any button that changes from one product to another.)
This photo frame will only support jpeg files. Other formats can't be displayed as show up as a red x. Also, the picture is 800x600 so larger formated files may not display correctly either. Remove the SD card and look at it using your PC. Check that all the files are .jpg - if not either replace or reformat them to be jpg and it should work fine.
Does you picture frame have a usb port on the back or the side of it? If not, do you have an SD slot on the back or the side of it? If so, load your pictures onto a thumb drive (flash drive) or SD card, and insert that into the port if it's a flash drive, or slot (if it's an SD card). It should take over from there. Let me know if that helps.

Plug the frame into the usb slot on your computer. Open up the folder with your pictures on it. Then open up my computer and look for the drive that is the frame. Drag your pictures right to the frame,s drive.,
