Color ink was out of ink

1. Double click on ur start key to go zero on display panel. Machine will Ready to printgood luck

2. You need to input the value on the machine for the ink color the value is 1-black or 2-color
you need to go into service mode the go to 890 and input what color of ink the drum is weather its black or color and that should get rid of your issue

3. The machine either has "knock off" ink (generic) or "knock off" masters (generic) installed in the machine.
Try installing Genuine Riso ink and masters and the problem should be solved.

No need of refilling it , call Kodak and tell them u have bought a new pack of ink cartridges and its not detected. Will ask you for serial numbers. Provide the one written on your old ink cartridges.

Try using the new black color in the combo pack. If the problem persist- you might have bought an expired cartidge.

You must change both cartridge. Instead use completely new cartridge Part No 830 black and 831 colour

hi both of your inks need to be installed with ink in if there is one with no ink like the color the printer will not work, you will have to wait until you have the color.

Are the Jets clean and unobstructed? Depending on printer model, have you cleaned your print heads? Consider also it may be a defective cartridge.

clean the brown dotted circuit of both printer and cartridge with moist tissue and then try.

then get it replaced by lexmark as the cartridges comes with one year warranty..
