Blend doors control flow between hot and cold airflow . In a dual system both sides have their own separate blend doors . Possible bad switch, connection or wiring that need checking out .

You probably have automatic air conditioning with dual zone capability, Please review the owners manual for the dual zone operation. I looked in the service manual and certain heat / air settings criteria have to be met before the system will work properly in automatic mode. If those conditions are not met, the system will assume manual operation and mostly play dead waiting for the user defined manual settings. Start with a good review of the dual zone automatic settings.

Single zone wine coolers have one temperature control and the storage space is undivided so the whole cooler is at the same temperature.

I'm almost sure that it has to be reset. I think auto zone can reset them.

This is a problem with your thermister (heat sensor) You will find this on the left side of the water manifold about half way down. I'm not sure but I think it is a small tube that slides into the manifold and if you follow the wires back to the board it just plugs in. The part is reasonable priced for a heater part and very easy to install. Good luck.

Your refrigerator compartment temprature is below 32 degrees and freezing your water in the filter. Adjust the thermostat setting to a higher temprature setting using a thermometer in the referigerator as a refrence. 34-37 degrees is a good temprature range to keep food fresh.

In order to get dual zone to work you must put the player in standby mode. This is the option on the second page of input options. You will then be able to go to the settings and set dual zone as well as turn on your subwoofer should you have one.
