Remove some load from the UPS output.
Need more info. How long have you ran it with the load prior to the overload. In other words, what is the total kVA now and what is the kVA when it was running normal? Also what time is this overload happing? Need to get the code and look for the sticker on the inside of you UPS to identify the alarm. Past experience I came across were people (Cleaners or the employees) will connect heaters, vacuums to the outlets and this will cause the overload.

How to fully shut down the MGE MX5000 UPS?

1 - Press the "0" button (28) more than 3s. The buzzer beeps once, and the load is no longer protected by the UPS. It is powered via the Normal AC source. If the UPS is set in frequency converter mode, the equipments will not be powered. If the Normal AC source is out of tolerance, the UPS will generate a 10ms output calibrated break. 2 - For a full shutdown of UPS and connected load, the upstream circuit breaker (notincluded) should be set to the "0" position.

Contineous beep even though we replaced the 48 batteries with new ones and does not power on. Only contineous alarms indication on the board and can not be reset also

It not your battery problem . Your overload protection is on to reset this protection. You can't reset the protection to give help from service expert.

We have a MGE UPS Pulsar Evolution 3000, and it is beeping with red color in a triangle.

Red beeping triangle is a major alarm. It is most likely an internal fault. The inverter section are often the main reason. A technician has to look at the internal problem.

Beep continous

Not much information here to go on.... was it working OK and then the "beep continous"?

This is usually because the power supply connector is put in wrong. Check your connections.
