Replaced horn fuse and it blew again right away this is a pontiac transport 1997 help

The fuse blows to prevent wire melting and eventual fire! If it blows straight away then there will be a short circuit somewhere in the circuit, which means the electricity is going from the battery positive to the fuse then straight back to the battery negative without any resistance. You would have to follow the wiring and test components until the fuse no longer blows. :)

Dryer comes on and tumbles. but no heat

Check the thermal fuse. You can replace the fuse straight away, or you can first test it using a multimeter set on OHMS. If the multimeter reads Ohms infinity when you touch the fuse contacts with its probes, then the fuse is gone.
If the fuse is OK, then you can have a defective thermostat or heating element (electric models), with gas models you test coils, thermostats and ignitor (flame sensor rarely fails).

Peugeot 307 sw ignition switch fuse keeps popping????sometimes the car will start and work normally but other times the dash lights illuminate but nothing works and the car wont start. replace the ignition...

there are three likely problems.... check the battery of the vehicle if the battery is still ok, or the alternator is not supplying the right power and finally the fuse box has some burnt part in it internally...

Hi i have a300tdi disco it keeps blowing number 14 fuse.sometimes straight away.sometimes after 5 mins

According to the wiring diagram, No14 fuse is the 10Amp, which is connected in-line to the Engine Check light. It also runs to the Engine Control Module (ECM) and Anti-Theft system (if equipped).

Something in one of these circuits is triggering a malfunction.

I recommend you have the onboard Diagnostic computer scanned by your local Land Rover dealership, to extract any fault codes - this will immediately identify the faulty component/s.

If no codes are present, then the vehicle will need to go to an Auto Electrician, to locate and rectify the fault.
