Question about KitchenAid Refrigerators
Some bags have gotten behind the deli drawer and I can't figure out how to get the drawer out to get the food and empty bags behind the drawer. There is a clamp on the drawer sliding bracket holding the drawer in similar to so dishwasher top rack but doesn't appear to have a release. How can I get the drawer out?
Hi there, it should pull straight out, you might need to get someone with a bit of strength to help you.
If I could I would duck over in a jippy !!

hi i have the 700tc as well,,ok the best way to place the drawer,,,extend the 2 sliders all the way out,,there is one pin at the end of each slider and 1 hole on each side of the drawer lip which lays on the track ,,,the holes on the drawer must fall into the pins otherwise it will not close,,,so place the drawer on top of the slider ,,,what usually happens is the sliders tend to roll back into the housing of the fridge,,,so while the drawer is resting on the sliders reach under the lip of the drawer and pull each slider until the the holes of the drawer falls into the pins,,,when the drawer is seated in the pins it will close smooth,,,hope this helps

SOURCE: Fridge is freezing food
Make sure nothing fell below your crisper, deli drawer section. There are some air return vents below them and if they get partially obstructed would allow cold air to pool in the bottom of the fridge.
Make sure your freezer control did not get turned up too high.
Also you may want to check with the manufacturer as they did have some issues with some of the bottom mount models exhibiting this problem and they developed a repair kit for them.

Hello friend, thanks for your inquiry!
I understand that you have a Frigidaire refrigerator, FGHN2866PF1, and your deli drawer is freezing items. You may want to turn down the temperature within your deli drawer, when adjusting the temperature could take 24 hours for your refrigerator to stabilize. If that does not resolve your issue I would suggest removing the drawer and checking over to make sure there are no cracks where too much air may be coming in. If there is too much weight in the deli drawer that could cause the drawer to sag, which may release cold air into the deli drawer. I hope this information has been helpfu. -Matt
