there are three pwd pin on motherboard first you set configration mode 12 then you start you system
go into bois setup there is option clear password.click it.f10 save and exit.
after doing this now put normal mode pin setting.
now your passward is broken.

hi sysm, if you forget your bios password you can easily reset by removing bios battary on your laptop, for that u have to turn you lap back size remove all the screws so that you can see bios cmos battery once remove and place it in same place so that your password will be reset, but if you have warranty in your laptop don't try to do it cause on removing your screws company will place warranty stickers if you remove it your warranty will be lost. so make your option good.

The password to by-pass bios password are these, hope they will hope you, once you enter BIOS using these passwords you can reset it to normal Phoenix Backdoor BIOS Passwords:

I had same problem, just remove plastic trim ( the one with the switches to power on etc etc ) and you will see a micro dipswitch. It should have all 4 switches to 0, move switch 1 to position 1 power laptop and password should be removed. Turn laptop off move switch 1 back to posiotion 0 and replace the plastic trim. It worked for me on an ACer Aspire 3610.
